- Enmantecar una sartén y distribuir la mezcla para que quede como un panqueque, cuando vemos que ya está como seca la pasta en la parte de arriba lo damos vuelta yo lo hago con una tapa como una tortilla
- Cubierta : cortar la cebolla en brunoise(cuadrados pequeños) y rehogar a fuego bajo para caramelizar, agregar apenas azúcar y reservar
- Saltear en una sartén con un poco de manteca los champiñones cortados y reservar
- Armar los crepes abiertos cubriendo primero con la cebolla, luego los champiñones y trozos de palta, y tirar encima sal marina y aceite de oliva adornar con Cherry
