  6. Es bueno tener a la mano los ingredientes que llevarán tus crepas pues hay que irlas preparando tal como van saliendo, pero depende cada uno!
  7. Calienta tu sartén y baja la flama casi al mínimo y con un cucharón, viértelo al centro de sartén y en el aire, gíralo para que se distribuya uniformemente la mezcla, no te preocupes, no harás acrobacias!!! (A menos que te sientas con suerte!)
  8. Tal como van saliendo del sartén, unta el paté de alcachofa o el hummus en toda la superficie de la crepa, agrega el guiso de espinacas solo en la mitad de la superficie de tu crepa y dobla, quedará como una quesadilla, vuelve a untar el paté de alcachofa sobre la crepa y agrega un par de láminas de atún ahumado, cierra la crepa por sus extremos y presenta!!!
