  5. La cocina no es una ciencia exacta, así que pueden darse tres casos: 1.- que nos quede perfecto. 2.- que nos quede muy espeso, entonces añadimos un poquito de agua fría y volvemos a triturar. 3.- que nos quede muy líquido, en este caso añadimos un poquito más de pan y lo trituramos.
  6. Una vez que está a nuestro gusto, echamos el contenido del vaso batidor en unas cazuelitas de barro o en el recipiente que lo quieran servir, y lo llevamos al frigorífico hasta el momento de servir.
  7. En el momento de servir, le echamos por encima un poquito de huevo cocido, unos taquitos de jamón serrano y un buen chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen.
