- Una vez las tenemos hechas

- Ponemos en la sartén primero la carne con un poquito de ajo en polvo y sal, una vez esté prácticamente hecha la retiramos y ha fuego lento hacemos las verduras, cuando empieza a dorarse, añadimos la carne y el tomate natural triturado, lo dejamos 5 minutos más.
- Una vez tenemos el relleno hecho, dejamos precalentando el horno a 200°.
- Añadimos el relleno a los canelones
- Hacemos la bechamel, ponemos la leche, el queso fresco batido, la harina, la nuez moscada, la pimienta y la sal en un recipiente, mezclamos bien, lo ponemos en una olla a fuego lento y añadimos queso rallado proteico, una vez tiene la textura deseada, lo retiramos del fuego.
- Ponemos la bechamel por encima de los canelones añadiendo un poco más de queso rallado para que se doren en el horno
- Lo introducimos al horno hasta que doren al gusto (a mi me encanta el queso bien torradito!!) lo retiramos y a disfrutar!!!
