- 70 gr harina de almendras
- 200 gr panela
- 4 cucharadas cacao puro desengrasado

- Cuando ya tenemos la mezcla bien hecha, la dejamos 30min en la nevera, esto es SÚPER IMPORTANTE ya que ayudará a que el bizcocho crezca en el horno.
- Mientras la mezcla de enfría y ya está en sus últimos minutos, podemos poner el horno a precalentar a 180 grados y vamos preparando el molde que utilizaremos (ponemos aceite para que no se pegue) aquí os enseño el molde que utilizo
- Por último! Vertemos la mezcla en el molde ya preparado y ponemos trocitos de chocolate por encima, para que se derrita 🤤 metemos en el horno a 180 grados por unos 35-40min. Si veis que tarda mucho en hacerse os aconsejo que pongáis papel de aluminio por encima del bizcocho!
