  7. Una vez frío el boniato lo cortamos en dados pequeños, lo añadimos al bol. Regamos con un poquito de aceite de oliva, mezclamos y reservamos
  8. En un bol ponemos la quinoa, encima la mezcla del bol y encima las laminas de aguacate reservadas
  9. Espolvoreamos con las nueces troceadas, las semillas de lino y un chorrito de aceite de oliva.
