- En una procesadora de alimentos trituro los dátiles con la avena.
- Vierto la mezcla en el molde y la prenso con una cucharilla y con los dedos de forma homogénea. Después reservar en la nevera
- En la procesadora de alimentos añado el queso, el yogur y el eritritol y lo mezclo todo hasta que quede bien integrado.
- Pongo la gelatina en un recipiente y añado el agua fría. Remuevo y espero a que se hidrate
- Pongo la leche a calentar y cuando empiece a hervir la retiro añado la gelatina hidratada y mezclo bien
- Añado la leche con la gelatina al resto de ingredientes y mezclo todo hasta que quede integrado
- Saco el molde de la nevera y vierto el relleno. Refrigero durante 4 horas.

- Cuando la tarta este cuajada desmoldo y añado mermelada al gusto. Decoramos con arándanos y frambuesas
