  1. Saneamos la lombarda, retirando las hojas exteriores y el tronco. Partimos en trozos e introducimos de pocas cantidades en Thermomix para picarlas con 4 segundos velocidad 4. Reservamos y cuando tengamos todo picado lo ponemos dentro de la cubeta de la olla GM
  2. Añadimos a la cubeta unos 3- vasos de medida y un chorrito de aceite. Programamos turbo 10 minutos, tapado con válvula cerrada. Una vez terminado escurrimos la lombarda ya cocida y reservamos.
  3. Ponemos en la cubeta las cucharadas de aceite y programamos freír 10 minutos. Cuando empiece a estar caliente el aceite ponemos los ajos que habremos hecho láminas previamente
  4. Cuando empiecen a estar dorados añadimos las manzanas descorazonadas, peladas y cortadas en cubos.
  5. Dejamos que vaya tomando todo color y añadimos las pasas removiéndolas para que se mezclen bien.
  6. Por último añadimos el pimentón de la Vera agridulce, porque así equilibra el dulzor de las pasas y las manzanas. Añadimos un poco de sal y removemos todo. Apagar la máquina para que no se queme el pimentón
  7. Añadimos la lombarda que tenemos reservada ya cocida y removemos bien todo para que se mezcle bien. Listo para servir. Si queremos también podemos servirlo frío ya que es un plato que se puede tomar de las dos maneras. Y a disfrutar, Buen provecho!!
